The Best Little Horse House in Hastings, Inc. is a 501(C)3 Non Profit Organization. We incorporated with the State of Nebraska in January of 2007. Our family created The Best Little Horse House because we saw a need for equine advocates. No equine humane society in the State of Nebraska exists, and few laws protect equines in this State.

Our work has essentially remained the same over the past year, but our experiences with local horse rescues has caused us to shift our focus and the way that we view our organization so that we remain working independently of all other rescues on a private, family focused and centered operation. We are not affiliated with any horse rescues in the State of Nebraska, however we will work selectively with various efforts where those involved share the same goals that we do.

Our operation is funded largely by income from our full time employment statuses, as well as donations from people that believe in the way that we operate and the work that we do for the horses that we help.
